The Saudi Arabia Arrival Registration is an electronic travel registration introduced amid the ongoing Covid-19. The arrival registration is mandatory for every person planning to enter Saudi Arabia during the pandemic.

Travelers can fill out the registration form online, providing some basic personal, health, and travel-related details.

The introduction of the arrival registration aimed to ensure the safety of all the persons coming to Saudi Arabia as well as the Kingdom's citizens.

Despite lifting the entry requirements by the authorities of Saudi Arabia, the completion of the KSA Arrival Registration still remains mandatory regardless of the vaccination status of a traveler.

A traveler must complete the registration form within 72 hours before the planned arrival in Saudi Arabia. The form should not be filled out earlier since all the data provided must be correct and up-to-date.

Every applicant simply needs to have an Internet-accessed electronic device, a valid passport, a Saudi Arabia visa (if necessary), as well as travel and health-related details.

Once the application has been successfully submitted, a traveler will receive a confirmation in a PDF form delivered directly to the email address.

• a valid e-Visa (if required) - citizens of about 50 countries must apply for Saudi Arabia e-Visa before visiting the KSA

1. Provide the required information: prepare all the above-mentioned details on your travel and fill out the online form.
2. Double-check the form: carefully go through all the details entered and make sure you have not made any single mistake.
3. Submit the form: only after checking the form for correctness submit the form for further approval.
4. Cover the processing fee: using one of the available methods of online payment, pay the service fee.
5. Refresh your email inbox: go to your email address and check whether the confirmation in a PDF file was already delivered there.

Please do not forget that the KSA Arrival Registration needs to be submitted within 72 hours before the planned entry to Saudi Arabia. Make sure to start filling out your registration no earlier than 3 days before your travel.

After registering your travel to the KSA, an email with the confirmation in a PDF file will be sent to your email address provided in the online application. Children are not exempt from registering their data for traveling to the KSA. Nevertheless, it should be submitted on their behalf by their parents or guardians. It is their responsibility to provide the corrected and up-to-date data in the online form.
